Fathia Mohidin’s (Stockholm, 1985) work intertwines a vast array of media such as video, sound and sculpture in research-based extensive installations. Her work relates often to sport and training as a starting point for reflections upon the ‘body’ in relation to political, social and economical structures. Her work has been exhibited at Västerås Konstmuseum (2022), Bonniers Konsthall (2020), Luleåbiennalen (2020), Vera Baxter (Stockholm, 2019), Biquini Wax EPS (Mexico City, 2018), Fondazione Ratti (Como, 2018) and Side Room (Amsterdam, 2016).
