Marco Schiavone

  • Marco Schiavone (Torino, 1990) is an artist that uses photography as the main tool for his ongoing research which focuses on rural nature, specifically mountains, organic materials and architecture. He uses traditional building techniques to create temporary site specific- installations which are removed from the direct experience of the viewers and are analysed only in absence through photography. He has exhibited at Villa Vertua Masolo (Milan, 2019), Spaziosiena (Siena, 2019), LO.FT (Lecce, 2019), Dimora Artica (Milano, 2019), Galleria Giuseppe De Pero (Milano, 2018) and Basis Frankfurt (2018) among others. Marco Schiavone lives and works in Turin, Italy.
